Advance CAC Reserve Studies are professional, straight forward, and easy to follow. With the multiple levels of services to fit your community’s exact needs, the process is simple and transparent.
OPTION 1
The first option is a Full Reserve Study with Site Visit. This is our most comprehensive Reserve Study and is recommended for any community without a Reserve Study currently in place.
OPTION 2
The second option is a Reserve Study Update WITH a site visit. If your community has a Reserve Study that has fallen out of date this is the option for you. Advance CAC will review your current Reserve Study, visit your community and establish current conditions of the elements and provide a report including a physical and financial analysis.
OPTION 3
The third option is a Reserve Study Update with no site visit. This is the same as option 2 without the site visit.

- Inspect Elements. We physically visit your community and establish the current condition of all common elements and then estimate the remaining serviceable life.
- Build the Report. We translate all of the information gathered from field data into a financial analysis of all of your community’s common and limited common elements. This includes a 20-30 year funding plan.
